Nathaniel T. Bradley

Nathaniel Bradley is the named inventor of several phonetic and navigational patented inventions known as AudioEye. He is the inventor and founder, Edison Gold Award winner (Edison Universe) and former Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Innovations Officer and Director of AudioEye, Inc. the leader in Internet Accessibility technology for individuals with disabilities. Recognized by the American Foundation for the Blind and recipient of Ernst & Young’s EY Entrepreneur of the Year, as Finalist in the Southwest Region.
Mr. Bradley has been CTO for Marathon Patent Group Nasdaq; MARA. Over his career Mr Bradley has also developed the technology, businesses and patent portfolios of VoiceAmerica, Inc., Radio Pilot, World Talk Radio & BoomBox Radio. He has been involved in the acquisition and consolidation of Internet Radio operations within a mobile marketing company he founded called Augme Technologies in 2010. Bradley was also technical leader for the acquisition of Hipcricket for more than $44.5 million and Jag Tag, inc. for $5.3m in 2011. The patent portfolio developed by Nate and his team is among the most cited in the space and was acquired by Upland Software NASDAQ; UPLD which has achieved market cap of over $700 million USD.
Paul Lyons

Paul Lyons has over twenty-one years of extensive management experience and skills in revenue generation, risk mitigation, marketing strategies, and customer service. Over the long span of his career, some of the positions he has held include Business Development Manager for the World’s Largest Internet Talk Radio Network- VoiceAmerica; Business Development & Product Manager for live events, e-learning, and Internet pay-per-view at Modavox. He also held a position in executive management in the hotel & restaurant industry in both Chicago and Tucson. He has helped to establish the Tucson Urban League’s Prevention and Intervention Department, which developed and operated programs for youth opportunities in Southern Arizona.
Paul served on several boards in Tucson. These affiliations include Arizona Public Media 2015-present, Mulcahy YMCA 2001-2006, Every Voice in Action 2006-2007, Arizona Technology Council 2009-2013, and Pima County Work Force Investment Board Youth Council (WIB) 2014-Present.
Joshua Paugh

Patent Development
Joshua Paugh is the Head of the Patent Development and Ideation Team at the IPN. He has over 20 years of experience creating, managing, and monetizing patent portfolios. Joshua is the named inventor on over 25 heavily cited, pending and issued patents and has helped create countless other patents for our clients. He has proven experience and a considerable track record in monetizing portfolios for third party clients and has helped successfully monetize small and large portfolios across a broad range of industries. He has been a key founding member and employee at several well-known patent monetization firms and has worked with many well-known players and companies in the patent monetization space. Joshua has spent considerable time learning the patent space from well know patent licensing entities including John Cronin, Modavox / Augme, Hip Cricket, Parallax Health Sciences, Marathon Patent Group, and The IPN. Joshua sits on the AYSO 153 Board of Directors and has a true passion for invention and patent creation.
Debbie Hughes
Project Manager
Debbie Hughes began her career in accounting at La Paloma Family Services, Inc. In her 18 years there, she has had many roles including IP Management, Software Training, and Executive Assistant to the CEO. Since 2013, Debbie has worked as a General Manager, Administrative Assistant, and Bookkeeper for Hipcricket, Inc., AudioEye, Inc., Parallax Health Services, Inc., and Intellectual Property Network, Inc.
